Thela Labs ("we", "us") is an independent digital products studio operated by Viral Chetan Joshi. These terms apply to every product and app we operate, including Pandal Hopper. By using our apps or buying a product from us, you agree to the terms below.

What we sell

We sell digital-only products — things like downloadable images, certificates, and similar digital goods. We do not sell or ship any physical merchandise. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — that's handled entirely by Razorpay's secure checkout.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, automatically after a successful payment. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Use of purchased products

Anything you buy from us is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of a product you've purchased.

Accounts

Some of our apps (like Pandal Hopper) use a simple device-based sign-up rather than a password. You're responsible for keeping access to the device/browser you signed up with.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is." We do our best to keep everything accurate and working, but we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our apps or products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
